Hello,  I'm saddened there is no actual company provided support for fingbox - a device I paid nearly $100 USD for.  I have failed to activate the fingbox after 2 days trying, searching the knowledge base. Before I return it as defective, I will try one final time here. My network is GB fiber, terminating in an Actiontec C2100T router, all routing functions are disabled. it literally is there because the ISP requires it. (for VLAN support).  The only thing plugged into it is an Eero gateway. I use the Eero wifi mesh network for all Wifi, routing, DCHP, NAT, etc.  It is hardwired to a 1GB switch that the Fingbox is plugged into With all other wired devices).   So: Router > Eero > Switch > everything else.   All devices work fine on this lan/wlan, for years. I run the android fing app, Sometimes it sees the fingbox, sometimes not. When I start activation it fails every time. What must I do so as to not return this device? Thank You David
