“Fing Account corruption detected......” message

on my iOS 13.1 iPhone running the fing app (latest version) I get the note “Fing account corruption detected, automatic fix in progress.” that pops up at the bottom of the fing app screen . Thought this might go away with the new release however not the case. Any suggestions or actions to take?

    This makes the second time that I've read that issue here on the forums.
    What happens if you log into your fing account through a browser?
    Is this something that you see happening every time you use the app?

    @kltaylor, I do not get the message when I log into the fing.io webpage.

    This only happens on the mobile device, do you have any issues with that if you use 3/4G versus WiFi?

    No, it happens both on WiFi ( different WiFi’s) and cellular. ( different cellular companies / countries)

    This happens if the data we have in our system is inconsistent with the data on the mobile. When this happens, the Fing App tries to adjust it on the mobile, but sometimes this doesn't work.  
    To resolve this, please go to: 
    - 'Accounts & Settings' display (by clicking on the icon/avatar in the top right hand corner of the main display on screen on the App) 
    - Click on 'Account storage' 
    - Click 'Restore' 
    This should clear data from the mobile and re-downloads everything and should resolve this issue.

    Hello; I'm experiencing the same issue and the account storage restore solution hasn't stopped the error message from frequently appearing. Is there another solution? I'm seeing the message on my Android device, not on the website. I can confirm it's happened in three Android devices, and I've also tried clearing the app memory and cache.
