Ok I've examined and it looks like there is something funny in it - United States for example is seen in the URL.
Can you check what location is set over here? And let me know if that matches your current location? (I guess Europe/Germany).

Are you using anything that could tamper your location making you seem like you are in the US?
IP scrambler or VPN or something?

I'm checking in internally to try and see more about the issue and how this is happening.
Could you send us a screenshot from the Internet Performance report? If you check back in now, does the same issue persist?
Also have all new location permissions been enabled for iOS 13 and Adnroid 10?

Same issue still persists. Screenshot below. iOS 13?..... I'm trying to access it from my Fing online not from an iOS device. You asking this prompted me to check the Fing App on my phone and the Internet Performance Report feature does work from there. Also, FYI...in case it matters by chance I am not at my home where the Fing box and network are.

And have you recently scanned from Germany to show latest results? Is your latest ISP scan from Germany? And your network in Germany set up as your HOME network type?

Thanks @Racer_X I cannot seem to troubleshoot what is happening.
You can select HOME network from the app->
Click NETWORK - click into NETWORK NAME - Select the typeCommunity Manager at Fing
