Change since the latest iOS update?

Since the latest iOS update my Fing app is no longer displaying all my devices by name. I have a number of now generic devices.

When I rename the device, The name gets wiped out once I switch to another page or section of the app. Also it appears as if I’ve lost the ability to pause Internet on devices as well as assign users to devices in my household. I have seen that there have been some similar questions but none of the remedies offered seem to be my issue. Anyone have any suggestions for this?

app is running on an iPhone 8 plus operating system 13.1.

Thanks @Marc for sign-posting. This could be related to location permissions and new requirements as outlined in the post that @Marc has linked in. Have a read and confirm that all the right location permissions are enabled!
