Can the Fingbox be controlled from another Vlan?

I would like to use the Fingbox on Vlan1 and control it via the Fingapp on a smartphone which is connected on Vlan2. (There is a firewall in between the Vlans)
will this work?

    Hi @FingUser
Unfortunately Fingbox does not support multi-VLANs. One box is required for each VLAN.
    I hope this helps.
    Cheers!

Hello Violet, I know the Fingbox does not support multi VLANs, but can I control the Fingbox from another VLAN?

You should be able to. AFAIK You don't connect directly to the Fingbox, rather you connect to the cloud service. It's how I can control my home Fingbox even though I'm aw work.

@Robin : Please correct me if I'm wrong here...
People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.
