Need help locating device by Mac address

I have a temperature monitor connected to my network. (a requirement since we store vaccines.) In order for it to connect to the server, it needs certain ports (18888, 90, 98) opened up.
To do port forwarding on my Comcast modem/router ( Cisco DPC 3941B), I need the local IP address for this device. The problem is that this particular router (and according to Comcast ALL their routers) have a firmware problem that does not let me see list of connected devices.
So what I am trying to do is find the local IP by Mac address on Fing. Unfortunately, Fing is not showing Mac addresses for most of the 'generic' devices on the network.
So my question is (1) Can I find Mac address for ALL devices on my network using Fing? and (2) If I can't do this with Fing, is there another tool that I can use?
Thanks in advance for your help :-)

There's your issue, then. Ever since (I think) iOS 11, Apple decided it was far better for us users to not be able to see MAC addresses on the local Network (yeah, don't ask).
In order to solve this conundrum you've a couple of choices today:
1 - Buy a FingBox ($99.00 - very highly recommended)
2 - Find an Android phone and use the App on there.
Sometime in the near future Fing will be producing a desktop version of the app, however that's not available today.
If you feel this has answered your question (not necessarily given you the MAC addresses you need) the please do mark the answer as such so other users will see it.People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.10

Two questions for you:
- Are you using the Fing App or do you have a FingBox as well?
- If you're using just the Fing App, are you on iOS or Android?
@VioletChepil : Mind moving this to the Fing App category, please? Thanks! There is a known limitation for the iOS devices (imposed by apple) on they, MAC address is not listed.
You could use an android device to properly view the MAC addresses. (Or get a FingBox in your network xD)
