What is the best source to obtain the latest version of Windows 10 to save onto a USB to install onto a laptop with a formatted hard drive?

    Microsoft is the best source! but not a link on a google search (@Pooh's link is good). Even if you buy it from a good reputed retail, if download is what you need.
    As your Bank maybe have recommend you: enter the domain yourself and search for the link in there, on a secure network off course.

    @Pooh is right, the safest source to obtain a Windows 10 ISO or USB would be directly from Microsoft themselves.  They have the ability to create a bootable USB so you won't need to use third-party tools like Rufus to do that for you.
    I've recently reinstalled the OS on my laptop, instead of an ISO and burning it to a DVD, I opted to throw one of my many USB devices into the system and have it create what I needed.
