Hi there!
Please try this to troubleshoot the issue, and let me know how you get on!
Make sure that you have enabled all permissions required for the Fing app to operate. Please go to phone settings and set location permissions so Fingbox is able to read the SSID correctly and other required permissions to Fing app and then open Fing App and run a scan and see if anything changes.
We have released new version of the Fing App which resolves this issue. Can you please update the latest version of the Fing App & also clear the cache on the device?
To do this:
1. Sign out of the application
2. Remove the application
3. Reboot the phone to clear the cache
4. Reinstall the application
5. Start App & log back in the Application.

The other thing to consider here is that iOS 13.1 is a very early beta. Heck iOS 13 isn't even due to be released until today.
It is entirely possible that the issue here isn't related to Fing directly, but more to do with it being a beta version on iOS.
People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.1 -

@ThanhNguyenHoangNhat few more details on why this isn't working. You will also need to use the version 8.4.0 with the additional entitlements. The version has not been released, we need some time to release the golden master after the Apple event yesterday!
So you can follow this thread here (click the star) to get updates.
