Same issue here "You reach Internet, but you should check some potential issue. Health check code: W810" - any sign of a fix yet?  Seems to go back quite a while on this thread.  Some targets reachable, some not, ie: www.thecybertrust.org is not reachable (although it is), error: SSL Handshake failed: certificate verify failed

    Hey @DrBob625_2
This issue was actually resolved on our end, which we confirmed with users affected. To verify this issue, open browser and visit the website and see if the site is reachable or not. There might be issue with SSL certificates. You can also ping the website to see if their server is down or not.

Fing says the site is unreachable, and gives a W810 for it. But the site, using SSL and https:// is reachable and visible from all browsers without error

I am also having this error and no matter how many times I delete the custom targets, they always reappear.

I am getting this same error, and I am running Windows 11 Pro, not using a VPN, although I have in the past, I use Bitdefender for antivirus, and am running the latest Fing Desktop.

I still get these errors and the issue has not been fixed. Servers are up.

My solution?  I deleted the Fing app from my PC and I just use it on my iPhone.

Hey folks, it's a known bug we are actively tackling. Please if you wouldn't mind muting the notification for the time being and we hope to have it rectified soon.

    ver Fing 3.0.2

This thread is almost a year old, has there been any new breakthroughs to the W810 false warning?

It is not very comforting to have this continuing false warning event not being corrected. Having just found FING Desktop and purchasing full version, this is giving me pause as what exactly are the benefits of  the paid version when the extra features are not that spectacular.

I understand - please note that due to this bug being able to be muted, it isn't taking priority for us. Instead our development team are tackling any higher priority bugs, investigating customer issues and feedback and of course maintaining the application and updating it.
We are still actively investigating this particular issue, and we do hope to have a rectification as soon as possible.

I did find that by replacing the two links with other clears the fault.
After reading others that just deleting the existing entries fixes it which is not the case.
I would think a remedy would to hard code in working links as the defaults.
Thank you for responding. Take care
