Improving "Scoreboard" & "Find the best provider"

Its ISP rating section in every country. Here's how Fing describes it "Fing's internet provider scoreboards are calculated automatically using measurements from Fing App and Fingbox speed test and quality ratings. The rank is a summary of aggregated percentiles, z-scores and deep-learnt statistics."

I think it should be improved, because it lists small providers first (based on cumulative 1-5 mark)

Indeed, there is sort mechanism called "by distribution" - that's the most relevant one!

Because ISP with mark 3.4 (for instance) but with 10k users who rated it might easily be better than the one with rating 4.4 but with 100 users who rated it.

When people click "Find the best provider" - it should default to sort method "by distribution" because it gives clearer picture. And easier choice, since many of the ISPs that got 4+ have limited user availability. They cover small areas only.
