Why is it not possible to change the email for a Premium license?
There are situations where you are forced to change your email address to a new one. Make it is possible to transfer premium account holdership to new email address.

The feature I requested has already been taken forward as a wish to improve. I previously received a response from support that it is not currently possible to transfer a Premium license to another email address.
This should tell you when you are buying a Premium license. Now I have paid for 6 months (1 year license) which I am unable to take advantage of.
@Karl_From_Fing, thinking out loud. Could support not delete the old account / email address, create a new account and credit the remaining balance to that new account as a one off?Thats Daphnee, she's a good dog...0

I made a support request as part of assigning my Fingbox mac address to my new email address. I will send you a ticket number as a private message. However, I do not know if the ticket has already been closed, but I received a response from the support that it would not be possible to transfer the license. Thanks for help!
Uh, thank you. I am migrating away from my IPS supplied email in preparation for changing ISPs. The question still stands: How do I change my Fing registered email? I am at a renewal cycle. Should I allow my Fing account to lapse and re-subscribe under my new email? As I said previously: That seems to be a bit much to do just to update contact info. I need an answer soon as my subscription is nearly at the renewal point.0
It would be easier if you have a subscription to let it lapse and set up a new premium account on the new account you want associated, so if the subscription renewal date is soon please do it via this method.

Not sure what you mean by 'Canned emails' but I did notice you have a ticket you created yesterday so I've merged them into one another and we can tackle it in the single support ticket now0
