Payment for premium "Incomplete"

Hey wasn't sure where exactly to post this but my payment status is listed incomplete and I'm not quite sure how to proceed. Any help much appreciated :)

Hey! I, too, have upgraded to premium & it says incomplete. I have entered 2 known good cards, with the same result.
I have since received an email from Fing that says “Further action is required - Your Fing subscription ready to start. Your bank requires further action in order to confirm the purchase.” Unfortunately, the email has no further instructions on how to accomplish this.
The email has a button that says “confirm“ which takes me to my Dashboard page, with no indication of where to go from there.

I’m also experiencing similar issues. I tried signing up for a year of premium, but it’s not showing as active in my iOS Fing app and any attempt to restore the purchase in the app immediately returns a status of failed.
I’ve confirmed that the subscription shows as active in the Apple App Store, that I'm using the same device used to initially subscribe, and Internet connectivity is fine. I’ve also tried rebooting my device and restoring from a non-firewalled connection (cellular network), but am unable to restore the subscription.
