Fing Dektop | release of a NEW version

Hello, every time I download a (new) version of Fing I do not know which version it is until I downloaded and checked it myself.

Please make a visible reference to the latest on the homepage of the website.

Is it possible to add the version number to the .exe download file?

Instead of just Fing.exe, name it Fing Desktop 2.7.1.exe !!

A change log of the program is also very interesting to have.

I always download the log file simultaneously with a new update.

Can this be made available in the future?

Sorry if my English sentences are a bit weird.
