    Hi , I joined Fing yesterday and went on to pay for the  premium service. Everything was fine and I was finding it really helpful  -then all of a sudden today it has stopped working.
    I can log in and access the desktop site on my `Mac , but if I execute / request any service  - even the basic analysis nothing happens at all . Can anyone help / advise please .
