Automatic Renew Without Permission

I was just automatically "renewed" for another year of Fing Premium.
You did that without warning?
The only time a company does that is when they are desperate.
Why would you do that?
When did I agree to that?
Really, really poor behavior.

Also, why is there no easy, clear way to send you a message?  I DO pay for this service which is minimally useful at best.

    To address your query, when the user purchases the subscription, it is mentioned that it is an automatic renewal plan. If the user chooses monthly or yearly then by end of the period it automatically gets renewed. 
    To give an example: If a user purchases a Netflix subscription, it automatically renews without informing the user. If the user wants to cancel the subscription, it has to be done by user under his account settings.
