When I try to ping trace route or find open ports on any device that I click on it tells me I am.

If you are connected to your network then it may be that you have not added all Access points to your Fing app. If you add the access point then you will be able to ping and use other features. In order to use ping, other features, Fing app needs to be connected to same access point as the device.Robin (Admin at Fing)

From the screenshot, as the network is identified as null, it means the location permissions are not enabled. Can you re-confirm if location permissions for the Fing app are enabled or not?I would like you to follow these steps and location permissions pop up will appear to be enabled.1) Open Fing App and go to 'Network' tab2) Click on the ISP tab and it will open the Network page3) Clear out the Network information such as Address.4) Next, to the MAP section, there is a small icon to auto-detect location. Click on the icon and location permissions will be asked.Robin (Admin at Fing)
