Alerts for multiple networks on iOS app?

I currently get alerts when Vodafone has a network outage in Ireland, Is there a way to add more network alerts for outages for Virgin Media and Three Ireland? I use them all in different situations and it would be very helpful.

    Currently, you can get alerts for your own ISP.
