Scammer had remote access to connect my Wifi Range Extender. What should I look for to see if they have access to my network? I only see my devices but don't know what else to search for and how. Thank you in advance.

Every extender has a list of connected devices.

Make an inventory of which devices are normally attached to your extender. MAC addresses can be spoofed, but that’s your best bet.

If you do not recognise one, put it on the black list. Every extender provides that, based on MAC address.

Use Fingbox to block and identify unknown devices.

Change your SSID and hide it.

Your password has been compromised. Change it into a strong password. Use a generator.

    And always: use common sense.

    Happy networking.
