Suddenly, Fing Desktop eats up a lot of memory (last time ... 700 MB)

I have the latest version of Fing Desktop (2.5.0) on my PCs (Windows 10, completely up to date/20H2). Sometimes (I would say, once a week), it suddenly gobbles up a ton of memory (600 or 700 MB, for instance). I then kill it and start it again and it behaves. Does someone have an explanation about that before I just uninstall it.

Hi @Andre_Fing
Fing desktop may use CPU or GPU. It is used seamlessly by our UI framework to render pages and graphics. You can disable this utilization but maps won't be working on Fing desktop. To disable Hardware Acceleration, click on the name on the left corner and then go to 'Preferences' and then 'Disable Hardware Acceleration' which will fix your issue.
