Fingbox offline

My Fingbox is going offline every couple of days. I get an alert via the Fing app that it is offline, however the LED light is solid blue and indicates that everything is working normally. I am unable to ping the fingbox on the local network and the router thinks that the fingbox is disconnected. The only way to get the fingbox back online is to power cycle the device.
Here is some information about my network:
- Fingbox: Model FIN-B-002
- Router: Telstra Smart Modem™ Gen 2 (Arcadyan LH1000)
- Firewall: allow all outbound connections
- IP Address: statically assigned by router
- IPv6: disabled
- App Settings -> Maximum Network size: /23, up to 512 devices
- Devices on network: 33
- Scheduled internet pause: enabled 6:30pm - 8:30am
