Prime device poll

Next up, another Pooh poll!

This time, let's get a role call for the device you use to connect to the Caternet most often with. I tried to cater for most options, but for anyone still rocking an Apple iPod, well, guess you'll need to put that in the comments (that's what the Steam Typewriter option is for!)

Only one answer per person is currently allowed by the community, so pick the device you for is your Goto device.

People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.

First up, this bear rocks an iPhone for their daily driver. Sure I've got my iPad and MacBooks as well, but 9 times out of 10, my regular web browsing, Email and other like stuff is via my lil' iPhone 7+

(Just don't ask how TouchId works with bear paws)

Eh @Pooh some of the team are asking about Caternet. What is a caternet exactly? Maybe I need to start a thread on this!

@VioletChepil - the place where one watches copious numbers of Cat videos, of course. Now, some folk mistakenly call it the internet, but who watches Int videos?

Being a small bear of little brain, I forgot to add that. I sorry...  :(

What about otters?  Are they not simply "water cats"?

I wish I had a witty retort but I've got nothing! It does seem we do have a number of cat fans on here judging by avatar choices!

I disagree, I think Otternet is an otterly amazing name! =)
(Apparently my Grammarly plug-in hates those words, but darn-it they're staying)

I would like to put Blackberry, because I had an Android powered Blackberry KeyONE, but I was mugged a couple of month ago (in my front door!! =( ), they took my car, and all the things I had on it (I was getting home from work that night) and that included my precious Blackberry...
As you can imagine I am very fan of Blackberry (by it's features and security concerns xD)
(BTW, police recover the car 5 days later, with close to no damage, ufff!)
    Keep looking up!

Old time Microsoft guy that caught the Apple bug.  Mac mini, iPad and iPhone are devices of choice though I still keep an up to date PC around for gaming...  No cat videos but show me a good video of a King Charles Cavalier Cocker spaniel mix (My dog of course) and I'll watch it.
Thats Daphnee, she's a good dog...

My original online (pre-internet; BBS, Fidonet, etc) connection was with a Teletype 33-ASR hooked to a NorthStar S-100 computer via a 20 milliamp digital current loop, and a 300 Baud acoustic modem. Not quite steam powered, but close. This would have been in the late 1970s.

They say that the hardest thing to explain to someone brought to today from 200 years ago would be: "I have a device in my pocket that can give me access to all the world's knowledge and information. I use it to look at pictures of cats and to argue with strangers." (Frankly, I have a hard time explaining that to myself. If you don't believe me, try searching YouTube for [ stern du tube ]. It's addictive.)

While my Avatar choice is a dog (I have 4 Corgis), I also have 3 cats! Needless to say, I've got  BIG HEART for animals!
