Troubleshooting FingBox red light and Ring IOS app always "disconnected"

I've attempted a factory reset of my FingBox and eventually it reverts to a Red light status.  It is connected to my Apple Time Capsule WIFI router, which is connected to my WAN port cable modem.  Internet is connected and speeds are good. How do I resolve the FingBox red light?  

Also, at the same time, I've noticed that the Fing app on my iPhone always shows the Home status as "disconnected."  However, all of the Fing app features seem to work fine anyway.  How do I resolve this "disconnected" status?
