Internet pause/block function: missing?

I'm not seeing any capability in Desktop or the Fing App to pause internet access at specific times, or to block specific clients. Online documentation from 2018 specifies a 'People' tab which no longer exists. Thanks in advance for pointers.

Also, We have not implemented Fingbox features on Fing desktop so you can see block/pause on Fing desktop. Thanks

I did do that and the long press on Fingbox network yields, "Deactivate" and "Remove from Home".

It means your Fingbox is connected and added to home tab. You should be able to open Fingbox network and then view pause/block feature. Can you share the screenshot of the Home tab and the page when you open the Fingbox network?

Ok, so I logged out and back into the App (not the Desktop), added to the Home tab, and now I get the tabbed view of People, etc. (I only have one Fing account so not sure why that worked, but it's success!) I navigated to Schedule Internet Pause, hit '+' to add a Schedule item, chose all days of the week and a pause at 12:15am with re-start at 4am. So far, so good. Go to hit SAVE and nothing happens.
Have tried this several times with different days, durations, with enabled vs not enabled, none seem to save. This is confirmed when I navigate away and get, "Discard changes?" dialog. Thoughts?!

Did you chose the devices for scheduled pause as well or created a user and assigned devices to that user and then create a schedule pause. Please refer to this link: https://help.fing.com/knowledge-base/internet-pause/
