the device says Apple but farther down the info says android pictures attached and device attempted to join the network

I have the new iPhone 12 Pro Max and it’s the issue. The alerts may have something to do with 5G as I just upgraded my AT&T SIM but not sure as the issues started shortly afterwards. When I removed the iPhone from the network, it hasn’t sent an alert since.

If you have the new iPhone on your network, try resetting your network connections on that iPhone in the settings > general > reset.

I don't have any iot devices that uses WI-FI.
my Wireless Security is WPA2- enterprise
