Private address on ios devices

I am having problems with some apple devices.  I have 6 apple devices with each one having their private address turned off.  Three of them work just fine and the MAC address doesn't change.  Three of them continue to change the MAC address which results in the Fing Box blocking them.  Has anyone had this problem?  Also, what is going on?  Thanks,

    Have you contacted Apple to know why the private mac address is not getting disabled on other devices?

    No I have not.  My experience with apple has been they immediately require you to reload every thing.  This then takes me several hours to get everything back to where I want it.  I posted this to see if anyone else has had this problem and what they may have done.  I'll let someone else deal with apple.
