Why does it say I am using Vodafone NZ?

I'm not! I'm using the Australian NBN satellite provider SkyMesh. Is there an IP address table somewhere, which is not correct?

Can you check under Fing mobile app as well if it shows Vodafone or something different. For ISP name detection, I would like to tell you that we use GEOIP2 City Database API by MaxMind. And they update their database every week. If the Fing App shows a different ISP name rather than what you use, It is because the same name is picked up GEOIP2 City Database. The ISP name is identified based on the public IP address by Fing App and then it is matched against the GEOIP2 City Database API.

OK. The mobile app shows that same info. I'm not sure what address it is looking up:

In this case, I would advice you to get in touch with ISP and ask if they have changed anything. As stated, we are using GEOIP2 and it makes use of your public IP address to know the ISP name. And right now, your Public IP address is identifying it as Vodafone.
