[false alarm] Desktop app keep detecting network outage

sorry if this was discussed before, I have installed the desktop version on my mac and it keeps giving me false alarm of connectivity issue, is this a setting issue?

    @Thirstylizard, did you notice if on the far right of the code, if there was a question mark?  If its there you should be able to select it and get an explanation of the health check code.

    @Marc ,  I remember  clicking at the question mark but I think it took me to a new page on my browser but did not provide any meaningful explanation or solution. I tried to replicate the error but it is gone now. Will provide more details next time this repeats again
