Why Can't Anyone Use Channels 60-140 as Shown in the Attachment?  I live in a building with many apartments.  It would help.

Hi @tillemetry ...  The higher channels are used in the 5Ghz bands.  Not all regions support the use of all channels by the way.  This link contains a chart of channel availability by region....  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels

Anyway, many consumer routers will support manually assigning channels and you will find the way to change it, generally, in the router wifi configuration settings.  If you have a dual or tri band router, you might find each band supports different channels.

Lastly, there are some routers like Linksys Velops, that support auto and manual channel tuning where it will look for the least crowded channel and use it.
