I am constantly receiving error reports saying that I have connectivity problems, and yet I am connected to my local router and am able to access this web page and post this question. How can I understand what this report is telling me? I generally ignore these messages but wonder why I'm getting them.

    Hi @wjs
To guide you, Can you please let me know what is 'Home' healthcheck saying? if you can share a screenshot or even better a shared report, it would be very helpful.

The errors indicated don't reflect my actual experience. Fing's desktop speedtest fails, but independent ones work, including Fing's iPhone app.

    Thanks @wjs
Are you using any VPN connection or firewall on your device on which Fing desktop is installed?

I'm not using a VPN, but my Norton Smart Firewall is enabled.

Can you disable Firewall and reboot device and then check if the issue persists?
