Fingbox 1.0 Solid White Lite

I have a similar problem to others. I moved a Fingbox and did the reset. The LED is stuck on non-blinking white. I've followed all of the troubleshooting steps others have followed. Let me know any additional information needed. Thanks in advance, Jay

    Unfortunately it sounds like there may be an issue with the hardware itself.  How old is it?  I also had several small issues with the 1.0 box, but dealt with them for over a year.  Once day mind did the same thing so I ordered the 2.0 box and smashed the 1.0 box with a hammer.
