Notifications not working

Recently, fingbox stopped sending notifications when a device connects or disconnects from the network. I've already restarted everything, checked the notifications permissions and nothing. Any idea?

Are you able to receive the Fing email or just mobile notifications are not working? Also, have you checked the mobile settings if the notifications is disabled for the Fing app?
