Fingbox not showing in app.

My V1 FB no longer shows in the app, if I run a scan it pops up to say an active FB has is on the ntwork and would I like to use it to scan the net.

Solid blue leds too.

Any ideas?

    CrazyEddie.  When was the last time you rebooted your mobile device, Fingbox and router?  Shot in the dark but the first rule of IT when something isn't working right is to reboot it.  :-)

    Can you please DM me the mac address of Fingbox and the Fing account email address so I can guide you? Also, Can you go to Home tab and then click on "All Networks" and then check if you see your Fingbox or not? If you see you Fingbox then long tap on it to add it to Home tab.
