How to change "alert on state change" for a device

In the web interface there's a button in the top right to change the "alert on state change" status. How do you do that in Fing Desktop?

@BillR, that feature does not exist on the Fing desktop at this time. Think of the Fing Desktop as more of a snapshot in time, and the web/mobile app/Fingbox as leaning more towards a closer to real time monitoring system.Thats Daphnee, she's a good dog...
