why does my fing app show no devices

the app on my android phone does not find any devices, but when I log into the web then I can see them all

    Hi @Robin39, welcome to the community.  A few questions... do you have a Fingbox or is this just the app?  Are you logging into the app and web with the same account/password?  In the app, have you selected your scanned network and does it match the webs displayed network?

    Yes I have a Fing box, yes same password for both, after I posted I did a bit of fiddling and suddenly all the devices appeared, I have no idea what it was that I did, but for now problem solved, thanks
