Considering upgrading to version 2

If I am not mistaken, version 1 WI-FI monitoring is limited to 2.4. I have version 1. If I purchased version 2 and sign in with my current credentials, will I still have to approve/accept/name/assign the over seventy (70) devices that is currently being monitored?

@Mojo_JoJo, as far as I know, it’s still starting from scratch on the upgrade. I upgraded awhile back and yes I had to redo customizations but was worth it to me to have the 5ghz band. It made a difference in discovery and monitoring for my configuration.

Hi @Mojo_JoJo, yes you will have to set up from scratch in relation to Fingbox settings, history etc. However, you will be able to sync the device names from your Fing App account which should save you some time.
