Were Russian state hackers behind San Francisco airport hack? As members of the public, what suggestions do you have to help protect yourself against such attacks?

    In this case the article does not go into if there would be any indication to a user that this legitimate site was hacked.  As far as I can see, to mitigate this one, a person would need to regularly change their passwords unless I'm missing something? 

    In reality, if these website owners continue to neglect patching/securing and locking down their websites, this will keep going on.
