After update version 1.3.1, all OK until restart laptop, then Desktop icon will not function.

in Fing Desktop Installation issues/queries
Re-installed v1 and automatically i get the message "The update is ready to install, Version 1.3.1 has been downloaded and will be automatically installed when you click OK" All works fine until i restart my laptop, and the Fing Desktop Icon thereafet does not function.

    Hi @jeglinsh welcome to the community and thanks for asking your question.
    If you look at the properties of the desktop shortcut, is it pointing to the right location where the application resides?
    You can also issue a complete uninstall and reinstall which should fix the issue as well.

    Are you using a Windows device? Please check under the system tray if the application is open there and you can maximize the application from there.
