Fingbox in another network

Hi! I’m from Guatemala! I was using a fingbox device and everything was working, but now, I want to use the fingbox device in another network, the fingbox app scan the devices but when I want to block, there were no option, so I want to add the fingbox device in the app configuration and search the device but appear a message that said that I need to check if the fingbox is connected in the same network, and is connected in the same network, I need help! Thanks a lot!

Hi @Marlonesco, a Fingbox can only be associated with 1 network. You will need to remove the network that the Fingbox was previously associated with via the app. Once you do that then you can associate it to the new network.I also moved this question to the Fingbox thread for relevance...Thats Daphnee, she's a good dog...
