I am experiencing this same problem. Couldn't see FingBox in the app. I followed reset procedure and top circle flashed for a few minutes while the original factory software was loaded. I got some initial LEDs of network activity, and then network activity stopped and fingbox was stuck on the white LED on top. Can't see in app, can't add it.
