unknown device - Vendor: fn-link technology - possible Deebot vacuum?

I just noticed an unknown device. The Vendor is listed as Fn-link Technology. The DHCP vendor entry is: dhcpcd-5.2.12:Linux-3.10.104:armv7l:Rockchip RV1108
I believe it my be a smart vacuum (similar time frame). I've done a temporary block to see what impact that has. The app appeared to be unable to link to the device (although it said it was online). Vacuum continued to work, but I suspect it gets a fair amount of buffered info.
Just really looking to see if anyone would know if Fn-Link Tech would potentially be a supplier for Deebot.
