I have a Fingbox listed on the app that no longer exists. It broke and I had to replace it. Now both the old (non-existent) and new Fingboxes are listed in the app. How can I remove the non-existent one from the app?

Hi @jfphilbin, you should be able to remove it from the Fing App.  You will need to log in with the original account that added them.

The below is from another thread but should work for you...

    • Locate the network name in the middle of the top bar of the screen – click on the drop-down arrow next to this.
    • This will take you through to the My Networks screen which contains a list of all your networks.
    • Swipe left on the Network with the Fingbox on it and click on the Deactivate that appears. This will remove the network you have already configured, freeing up Fingbox to be assigned to a new network.
Thats Daphnee, she's a good dog...
