Hi, my situation is this: the FingBOx is connected to a corporate subnet, but the wifi to which the cell is connected is on a separate VPN. How can I connect the app? For security reasons, we do not place access points directly on the subnet where the fingbox is located

    You can activate a Fingbox only if you are also connected to Wi-Fi, because you activate it from mobile app.
    The quick workaround is that you activate the Fingbox on another network where you have both wired and wireless access.
    Then you unplug it and bring it to the corporate subnet you wish to monitor. It will just work.
    You can subsequently change Fingbox name and details, and that should be it.
