I initially ordered a Fingbox (Tracking Number: AV784061765GB [via Royal Mail]) on 31 August 2017, which was Dead On Arrival (DOA). I got a replacement (Tracking Number: Q10317063724 [via Amazon UK]) on 06 September 2017, which died after working for just over 3 months on 24 November 2017.
I would like to know what options I have available to me in order to get this piece of equipment up and running again. Many thanx!
