Hi:

I initially ordered a Fingbox (Tracking Number: AV784061765GB [via Royal Mail]) on 31 August 2017, which was Dead On Arrival (DOA). I got a replacement (Tracking Number: Q10317063724 [via Amazon UK]) on 06 September 2017, which died after working for just over 3 months on 24 November 2017.

I would like to know what options I have available to me in order to get this piece of equipment up and running again. Many thanx!

    There could be a number of things that have happened.
    Can you tell me if the Fingbox turns on and what color the LED is at present?

    It looks like the power socket on the Fingbox is broken from inside. It is completely dead - no lights, no response. I have tried with multiple USB power sources as well.
