Not sure why I've only just seen this since I'm pretty sure it's been there a while... But the Promoted posts that are the result of questions have "Re:" in front of the titles:

    Hi @Pooh yes I'm working with Vanilla. 
    Actually the promoted posts widget needs some refinement. This happens when a comment gets promoted or awesomed right now! Stay tuned for when I've got more information on this!
