Still waiting to establish network ownership

I am still waiting to hear from anyone about trying to establish network ownership as I cannot block or pause devices and I do have a subscription. How do I go about establishing this ownership? Thank you for any replies.

    Hi @Karl_From_Fing / @Michal_From_Fing could you please check this account for any issues.
    As far as I know once the account is initiated block & pause should be available, I am not sure about the “network ownership” question as I only access my LAN and haven’t had ownership issues.
