Cannot connect to fing server

I haven't received a response to my email but I cannot connect to the fing desktop and need help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and did the same for npcap. I even purchased a subscription. Can someone respond to my email or this message? Windows 8 is my system. Thank you.

    Thank you for responding! It was enabling the Fing agent that got it to work.
