Contact for changing email on Fing box

I've seen this thread a couple of times but haven't really found a way of contacting the appropriate individual except thru here.

I no longer have access to my previous email (Thank you gmail) and need to change my email address to my current address. For some unknown reason (I'm assuming it's a "feature" for security reasons Fing has decided not to allow the user to change their own email address.

I'd tell you to send me an email or text but given that both of those items have changed and are no longer available to me (I needed to change my number recently for unforeseen circumstances) Those options are not available to us.

I suspect that I will need to reconfigure my box but thought I'd give it a try here
