Decided to add new acct

Hey guys, after considerable thought and still being down from the ransomware, I decided to start the new acct. think I’m getting close to keeping a computer running and think my network may be fouling my progress. I still want to keep old acct active for data to give authorities per advice from Michael. How do I get box (already reset, but it still occasionally says fingbox software corrupted, autocorrecting, or something) and my premium service to the new acct?
