changing my password for Find Premium using the App. I keep getting the "AWE Snap" error

I have a premium, beta account and believe my network or device have been compromised. I attempted to download a clean copy of King because it appeared there may have been a modification to whaT Hd been downloaded. I am not able to change the password using any method available to me. Every time I enter a new password to be used I get the error message. 

I have spend the last hour jumping from different devices trying to get in to ge thru and am out of time and patients, Please advice how I can get past this
