Hello I am wondering if anyone can help me. I am trying to remove a device from my child’s list of devices as I feel it should not be there any more.

please may someone aid me.

    Hi @Teddy if you are using a fingbox you just hilight the device then swipe right to left (the method may be slightly different depending on the computer/tablet/phone you are using) & select then red bin icon to delete the device.
    It’s different with fing desktop as it remotely monitors your network. If the device is connected to your network it will show as online, If powered off or no longer connected it will show as offline.
    Are you sure the device is definitely not accessing your network? (as a short term measure you can block the device to prevent it accessing you network).
